Does anyone know if the frame mounts for an FE series motor and the small block motors are the same? I'll be taking the 390 out of my 66 and replacing it with a 351C. I'd like to have all the parts on hand if I need to change them.

I have set of the 65-79 but I'd like to get away from the kingpins. I think you'd be able to bolt in a set from the 92-6 trucks but I'm concerned with wheel track and fender clearance

Has anyone put i-beams from a 1992-5 F150 into an earlier chassis? I'm pulling my 65 apart and I think this would be a good swap. Ball joints instead of king pins. Would make alignments much easier. Plus the disc brake swap. Any help?
