I like the two tone paint on the slicks. I did mine with GM colors, funny the black truck above looks like it has the same GM atomic orange paint that I used.

What would cause my wipers to continue to run after I turn off the switch? I took the old switch out and put in another used switch that I had and still the same thing. I have to turn the ignition switch off to make them stop.

I had to put it on to run the water pump. I am going to put new pulleys and fan on this winter, I just wanted to get it back on the road and get some miles in before snow.

Got the 351 in and I have been taking short trips around town to make sure I have the bugs run out before I venture too far from home. I have a 351 that I am putting in my 66 and I can't seem to find headers that will fit. Do any of you guys have a 351 with headers in your truck? I have been told by Summit & Jeg's that I will have to have them custom made.

Pulled the engine & Transmission and sold the truck today.

JFDuce, They are not real white walls. The guy I got the truck from painted them on there. I would not have been burning them off if they were the real deal. Funny, they don't look too bad from a distance.

bird55, I will get back with you after we get the engine pulled and decide what we are going to do with the truck.

The air ride is not installed. They gave me all the bags,tanks,switchs,compressor,brackets and other stuff with the truck. the guy cut the bed to notch the frame and never got that done either so it is right on the rear axel.
