Painless HAs a fuse for the ignition coil right at the top in the center. remove that and will crank but no spark. Cas has painless panel and i do remove it from time to time

April great progress on your truck the white ceramic bar with the connectors on either end is a ballast resistor used in ignition systems to reduce voltage to the distributor.

Tom I have seen that done sometimes the put a regular truss roof on top. Power company construction crews use those and do that on their larger station projects and Just use the cans themselves set up as mobile work shops they pick up and move site to site

Actually not much different from the formation of the international Carb rebuilding team. Which was formed out of a series of carb troubles for 2 slicks on the trip from Altoona to KC for slick stock three. On the hinges the guy in VA does a great job he did the ones for cas. He quoted what he charges for normal GM hinges and was good to his word. What Dog means is the LMC are not genuine Ford and Aftermarket ones are all Crap had one come apart on me. I was not genuine ford.
