Same length either way. 22.5 inches. I'm guessing the wider eye on the spring goes towards the back while the smaller eye goes to the front so it can sway. Any thoughts?

By long and short, do you mean measuring from the eye hole in the bushing to the center bolt that holds them together? I was hoping I could go off the eye diameter because one eye is much wider then the other on the spring. Just not sure what to measure.

I would say your better off looking for another bed but thats due to my lack of autobody skills.

Yes, always take pictures. I'm the reason Skipper is telling you to about each spring having a front and back. I didn't have much luck with a sawsaw. Had to use and air cutter.

I already got a little bit of help on this but just want to confirm. How do you tell or is there a difference in the way a leaf spring goes in? Is there a front and back to a leaf spring? Just asking cause I have a knack for putting things in backwards. Next time I'll take pics.
