Cut a ton outta mine, scribe a straight line down the length of the column to give you a reference as to TIG weld it back together. Just making the column shorter is not gonna do it for you... You need to raise it and change the angle as well. Best thing to do is put a aftermarket tilt column in, do...

Yes it is Paul, made out of 5/8" MDF and covered with carbon fiber wrap.

I built pods out of fiberglass and ported them thru the kick panel into the cowl using a 2.5" port. I'm using time correction via D.S.P. you can't tell where they are, you can't tell they're in the kicks. And yes you can hear them thru the cowl vent, kinda muffled though... I picked this area o...

Yuppers, that's the way you wanna do it. Just an FYI you can use an aerosol type glass cleaner for your lube. I put my headliner in after the fact, its a real pain getting it tucked under the rubber but doable.

No one sells a complete bolt on kit that I could find, look up some of my old posts and you can see how I did mine, you'll need a TIG to do the pitman arm.

15W40 Rotella is the best oil for flat tappet motors, been using it for several years... Never any issues
