Re: 63 headlight switch wiring

Thank you sir! That is pretty much in line with what I had so far, but there is one more pole on the right side behind the dome light pole, facing this way -, with both a black wire and a red wire connected to it. Everything was torn apart when I picked the truck up, so I have no way to trace them.

63 headlight switch wiring

I'm rewiring my '63 with an ez-wire 12 circuit. I'm stuck on the headlight switch poles. There are 7 of then, but i'm not 100% sure which one is which. The only diagram I found here is for an 8 pole switch. Can someone please solve this conundrum?
Much thanks,
Tim

Mine is a 63 flare with 350/350 and chevy front clip. Hate and judge me all you want, but it's a fun truck that even less people have on the road, and it's all my style. I understand the "purists," but sometimes it just sounds like two kids in the schoolyard arguing which one's big brother...

I'd like to, but I'm having trouble getting the tire size I want with the 1.25" whitewalls. I'm really picky for the limited budget goal I have. I'm trying to prove that beggars can be choosers if they have the patience....or eventually settle for something close when the patience runs out. I'l...

Blacked out all the vertical grille bars, picked up some 56 Pontiac headlight bezels, EZ Wire kit, and some odds and ...

Bed wood dimensions

I couldn't find it in the forums, but I plan on making my own bed wood boards and wondered if there was a collaborative post on the board dimensions for the DIYers. If not, I will post my dimensions after I finish the job to make sure they are correct, or I can send them to whoever could compile all...

This may sound a bit stupid, but has anyone tried to make fender skirts for a flare? I have no clue what that would even look like.

I've dropped it about as much as I can for the wonderful western PA roads we have. I removed all but four leaf springs, and I'm ok with the stance. Just have to get the wheel and tire sizes to fill the space proper. I'm trying to get somewhere around the look of 60's hotrod/shop truck, but i want to...

Advice for lowering flareside fenders

I'm considering attempting to lower my fenders to decrease the opening around the rear wheels. I'm wondering what the best approach is if anyone has tried this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Ya know I was losing sleep trying to think of the term chevrons. Thank you for that alone, but also all the good ideas. I've got plenty to go through and decide.

I live in Western PA. I'm mainly looking for something different than the old farm style tail lights. I had a few ideas, but don't posess the creativity to come up with something doable. Thanks in advance for anything provided.

Flareside tail light ideas?

Does anyone have any info for tail light options for a flareside? I'll post pics of my '63 soon. This forum is bad a$$ by the way
