I have a 429 complete with C6. I was thinking of installing into my 64 F100 as the 292 has seen better days. anyone done this? the 429 weighs about 100 lbs. more then the 292 and about six inches longer. might be a tight fit. any info would help. Thanks

has anyone used the mono leaf springs on a 61- 64 F100? seems as it would be a fast and easy way to drop the front 3 or 4". any pros or cons on there use. my 64 sits 5" above the tire in front, not cool. Thanks

napa is a good source , you can get parts for just about any old car or truck and they still have the big parts books. I'v been buying parts for collector cars and trucks from napa for over 20 years. good people.

make sure you have the correct sender screws with the rubber O ring type seals under the head of each screw, that with new sender gasket snd filler hose should put an end to the smell Bill

thats correct, the 66 motor is a 3 wire and the 67- late 70'S is a 4 wire. completly different motor except they fit on your 66 mount bracket. the late 90'S delay switch does not use the seperate 2 wire plug for the washers. you don't need the washer part of this if you use the stock washer button. ...

I just installed a delay in my 66 useing a delay out of a 91 and wiper moter from a 79 truck. these delays can also be found in broncos, and ford cars in the 70-80 era.
