No real progress yet, had to have 2 teeth surgically removed and work has been busy. Im putting the manifolds back on tomorrow after work then going to drive it on Sunday to torch off the rear bumper. Im going to take my son to the wrecking yard this weekend so...... I need to know what years to loo...

question... I had an exhaust leak on the passenger side at the rear of the manifold. I decided to pull both manifolds to do both sides, you dont know how happy I was that none of them broke off. My question... there is a (what appears to be) heat shield along with the manifold gasket between the man...

Thanks dotcentral.... I figured I would have to rework the drive shaft. Luckily I have a local guy who has been building them for years. I figure if I bring the old half shaft in, along with a 9" yoke and some measurements, I can let him do his magic.

I have decided on a 5 lug conversion.... along with DJM beams up front, shackle flip in the rear with a notch along with an air ride setup. I love how these trucks ...
