try your local state Farm Bureau insurance. Are you REALLY going to drive it every day??? If you got multiple vehicles, isn't an old beater truck just for occational trips to the dump, store, wood lot, garage, gas station. I mean gosh thats 5 trips right there. Its old, like me, It probably need a b...

I have looked all over the yards locally, Most have the mid 70's and newer trucks. Those rears are no where near this as to what I have seen. These little buggers so far have evaded me. Around here, I have not seen to many f250 slicks. I guess since it was such a work horse in the 60's it found its ...

split cone/conical washers for dana/spicer 60 rear
I have a 66 f250 and am missing several of the cone washers that center the rear axle shaft onto the hub mounting. I think the studs are 7/16 fine thread, Not that I need the studs. I just need 3 of the cone washers. With all the pieces and parts you guys have, Did you happen to keep these little it...

filler pipe and gas cap for a 1966 f250
Do you know where I can get a filler pipe and cap for my 66? It looks like someone used pliers on it, The cap is a pos locking one that does not seal and the inside of the pipe is all bent up as well. I would appreciate any ideas. By the way I am near Richmond Va, if you happen to be close by. Thanks

Your Opinion please.. Catalog parts
I have read on various sites as to who thinks a catalog parts provider has better stuff or better price. So I am curious, LMC, Dennis Carpenter, Mac's, Carolina, I know there are even more, Who has the better stuff? If buying various glass seals, who is preferred? Same with body, suspension, frame m...

NP435 output housing bushing needed
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a 1966 F250 2wd with NP435 4 speed. I am leaking oil from the rear seal badly. This is a short housing with the 4 square bolt pattern. The seal required is 2.375 OD and 1.5 ID. The housing is off the truck. When ...

media blasting the frame (truck)
I have looked at the pictures at some of what y'all have done. AMAZING!!! I may never get that far but I am curious as to how far down you took the truck and or frame before blasting and what the cost was. Did you remove the cab and bed, strip the frame of lines and attachments etc.? What about all ...

I hope I didn't buy a trailer full nonusable parts, But I acqired the whole front end , ( guy torched the frame in half near the cab) of a 1973 f250. So I have everything. I guess thats the best way to grab it. I'm hoping I can just take the '73 twin I-beams and spindles and swap mine. If not??? Any...

Here are some pictures of my parts m m m m I taped the 2 arms to a straight edge, They have no bend in them. The motor is in its PARKED position. If I put the arm on the drivers side wiper control first, I have to really pull the other end to get it to go onto the motors mount point, and when I let ...

Thanks for everyone's vote of confidence about the price. It confirms what I thought that it was a good deal. By no means is it a perfect condition back of the barn find, But it is not bad. I'm still figuring out the posting of pictures thing, but I'll get it. I bought the truck to be used to haul s...

wiper linkage help
Yep. Positive it is in ark position. The motor pivot stops in the exact same spot everytime which causes the pivot point to be about horizontal with the dash and having the linkage mount point toward the drivers side of the truck. I have also discovered the black box that is the wiper delay and when...

Some pictures of my new slick F250
I think I got a pretty good deal. The day I bought it, I filled it up with reg octane and drove it home 110 miles without issue. Then I filled my tank up with 86 octane to calm my nerves. What do you think for $600 bucks?

wiper linkages
Mylinkage is not even under the dash. I have a silver one and a darkened almost anondized color one, which I quess would equate to the black. I know how the clips hold it all together, But When I try to get the bushing onto either the motor pivot point or the wiper point, I have to force it into ali...
