so I am planning to pull my c4 out soon to put in a front pump seal. though about doing a shift kit does anyone know of a good shift kit to use and do you have a part number? it is worth putting a kit in it?

I have a 65 with a 68 302. the 302 was a 2bbl but I put an elderbrock 4bbl intake and carb on it. a friend who mostly works on Chevy's said I should put a cam in my motor because it burn up since I went from 2 to 4bbl, I personally have not heard that before but he is older and has worked on cars lo...

so through a recommendation to help seal up the seals in my c4 I bought this sealer. so I was reading on it and it says 1oz treats 1 quart ok so 3 quarts would be 3oz easy enough, but it says to drive around for 2 hours well my 65 is not licensed for the street yet and I live in the city so that is ...

So the outside is close to being done. Question
On interior if i did not replace the headliner would
The sound be pretty loud on the inside? Also i how
New of pickup can i use a seat out of would a 1990 f150

Well there is the rod that comes out the side of tranny
And attached to the rod is the bracket the linkage would
Connect to thus when u put it in gear this is the part that
Moves. So I am needing to separate the bracket
And shaft or pin. Sorry I do not know the true name of the parts.

Came from a 68 motorhome with a column shift
I had a feeling there was no easy way to fix this
That's ok I would rather it be fixed the right way

C4 trans connecting rod
I hv a c4 1968 trans in my 65 stepside. I have a floor
Shifter in place of the colum shifter. But need the trans
Connecting rod to be facing up, first how do I take it out
And second can I put it back in facing up to work with my
Shifter?
