Something completely new... A Crown Vic complete...
Well after some time of riding with an axle flip over stock springs I decided to go with a 4 link setup. The axle flip was riding like two fat girls in the back of a cadillac... No matter what type of shock I threw at it, It sucked... I went with a basic 4 link setup (Bolt in) and a pan bar. After l...

Re: Which rearend for CV swap on 62 uni
Things I have learned on my swap in progress...
03+ Crown Vic is way to wide....
I put my 9 inch back in and used 2 inch adapters that gave me a width of 65" Hub face to Hub face.
I also found out an axle flip lowering drops the back like 6 inches

CPP also makes some nice setups if you need The Master and valve combo... They also carry the 61-64 Disk brake setup for the straight axle.

I sprayed this hot rod flatz at the house... Easy to lay down. Don't buy the hot rod flatz pearls or metallics they stripe really bad. If I could do it over again I would have took the base flat clear route. http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h197/cwindsor2003/20130720_130822_zpse3859661.jpg http://i...

Re: Truck pulling to right after rebuild
I had some problems may not be related but might help... Jack the truck up in the center... Spin the tires... See if they spin about the same, Also see if they are stopping at the same spot on the tire. This will check for caliper drag and a wrap in the rotors. also check the bends in the hard lines...

that classic air may be easy to install but it looks like your dash has a horrible case of hemroids.... Had to chime in on this... But that kit looks pretty good to me... And last time I check Vintage Air doesn't list a surefit kit for the 61-66 F100's.. Nobday want to make universal kit work when ...

Not to be a troll... BUT....
Why didn't he put a dual MC on the truck and at least front disc brakes?
Also why not vacuum the carpet...?
It's just the little things...
