thats great!!! Any way you could post some pics of the motor mounts. Im getting ready to drop a 302 in my 64. I am trying to deside on what to do for motor mounts. Looks like you have the ones from LMC maybe. I might make my own. But would like to see the store bought ones before i deside.

I was thinking of using small bookshelf speakers. Like you find for a home sound system. some of those little guys make some big sound. I havnt done it yet. So at this point it is all theoretical.

Ihave just purchased a 1968 302 with a C4 auto behind it. I am going to swap in place of my 262 and granny 4 speed. i have found a coouple of places that are offering motor mounts for the conversion. I want to put some sounds in my slick. My 64 has no radio. Someone cut the dash face out fora modern head unit. But i have no stock speaker location. The dash has no cut outs for a mono speaker. I dont thik it ever had one. So I thought I might ask... What have other peaple done for speakers in ther...

Can I change the valve guide seals without removing the head? normaly I would pull the head and take in and have it done. with a valve grind and check for cracks, and so on. But I am living life on a strict budget right now. I do all my own wrenching. But havent done a head on these mototrs before. ...
