Re: Toyota power steering conversion
I'm just finishing the truck. Everything is brand new. I have under driven March pulleys. When I say steers to easy I mean when I start the motor and when its sitting in the driveway in park and if turn the steering wheel it will almost keep going on its own. I have two shims left so I'm going to pu...

Re: Toyota power steering conversion
That's a good idea if nothing else works. I'm just afraid of blowing a seal in the box if its got that much pressure to steer itself.

Toyota power steering conversion
I'm hoping someone can help me here. I did the Toyota power steering conversion and got all the parts on my own. I bought a steering box, made my own bracket and bought a new GM power steering pump. My problem is my truck steers to easy, almost by itself. So I bought a kit to reduce the pressure in ...

Re: Wiper motor
I seen the wire that parks them, but if the wiper coast past that spot they will start up again. There is one more wire that reverses the motor somehow and stops it in its tracks.

Wiper motor
Has anyone ever wired a wiper motor on a toggle? I have a 64 single speed motor and would like to wire it off a toggle. I can't get the park mode to work right. I know the end terminal gets 12v ignition power, center is the power to run the wipers and the other end terminal I can't figure.

Re: Vent window
I just did mine. I called vintage glass where I bought my glass kit and they informed me that there is different thicknesses of tape, and therefore he said they gave the wrong one. He sent me the right stuff and it went together fine. Thank you for the feed back.

Vent window
Does anyone know what the trick is to replace the glass in the vent windows? I put the sticky tape in the frame and tried banging the glass in with a rubber mallet and no luck. I had the frames powder coated so I hope its not to tight now. Also what do you do with the sticky tape in the corners? The...

Disc brake kit
I am looking to convert my 64 F-100 to disc brakes. I seen a kit in speedway for $289.00 with shipping. I thought that was a real good price. A lot cheaper than I have seen it any where else. I was wondering if any of you guys bought this kit and if so is it any good or should I go with the one from...
