Graybeard: What is your current price for a headliner for a '66F250? Are you still using Greyhound to ship?
Are they packaged to avoid handling/shipping damage?
Thanks. Jeff

BWforge: Try Inline Tube. Here's the link: https://www.inlinetube.com/
It's a large complicated site, but keep digging and you'll find what you need.

Re: Which hood should I try to repair?
If you're confident the yellow one is solid everywhere but the front nose, that's the one to work on. Take the cross-brace out from the underside to give yourself a chance to find all the bad metal. To remove the brace, there are lots of spot welds to drill out, including a few behind the emblem on ...

Corey: That would be great. A shot from both the top and the side would be very helpful for repositioning my passenger-side exhaust pipe. Thx. Jeff

Exhaust pipe '66 352-HELP!
Hi all: Can someone post a picture of the passenger side exhaust pipe taken at the join to the manifold showing the joint and the 1st pipe curve (down past the side of the transmission). My custom exhaust (2.25 pipe diameter) has a 4 inch horizontal section before starting the curve down, and when I...

Re: Vent window
I just rebuilt one of my vent windows. Removed glass by gently heating the seal around the glass and then pried the glass out of the frame from both ends. Took the old tape to glass shop and an old time staffer gave me new rubber tape of the same thickness. Put the new tape around the glass and &quo...

Re: Division Bar Redo..
MrJones: Just re-read your post as I'm in throes of rehabing my door/window inards... I was wondering if you used a particular brand or loop size/thickness for your division bar? I went on-line to check Velcro loop specs and there is a dizzying amount of info out there. Can you(or anyone else) give ...

Re: wireing
Mr. Mustang offers new but quite accurate reproductions of the original wiring circuits, at a reasonable price. All "harnesses" use the original wire colours so the re-published original wiring diagrams can be used. I've installed a couple of the harnesses in the rear, and feeding the rear...

Re: Manual to Power Steering Upgrade
Tom: If you bolt the double sheave pulley you show in the picture you posted to a '66 352 harmonic balancer with a groove in it, will the balancer groove and the first sheave in the double be the same diameter? The reason I ask is that my alternator has a double pulley as well, so the diameters need...

Completed the Inline Tube SS brake line installation on my '66 F250, upgraded to a '67 F250 dual reservoir Master Cylinder. Mounted the '67 brass brake distribution block, connected all the lines (driver & passenger side fronts & feeder line to rear hose), & installed brake lite warning ...

Transmission cooling
All: I remember a discussion about correct way to cool 66 F250 COM transmission with new transmission fluid lines from transmission to rad, then auxiliary cooler and back. That is, replacing the original design with waterlines from rad to auxiliary rad on side of transmission with fluid lines to rad...

King pin grease caps
All: While re-doing the IFS on my '66 F250, I find that the grease caps on the bottom of the King pin spindle housing are damaged and 1 was cross threaded. The cap is p/n C5TZ-3B167-A (and I have replacements) but I need to repair the threads in the spindle housing into which these caps are threaded...

Truck Jack
All: Just received a nearly NOS jack for my '66 F250 and in my enthusiasm to see it working, I cranked it to full extension-both the inner & outer "rams" are extended. Now, when I turn the crank the opposite way to retract the rams, the crank receiver stops turning/jams and the rams wo...

Mystery Grommet?...
All: Grommet below came from my now dismantled 66 F250. Any idea what this grommet is for or where on cab body it should be located? It is missing most of the flange which is 1/4" larger diameter than the tubular upper part. Whole unit has a full length split on one side so it probably surround...

Bed Floor patching question
I did same repair on my F250, both sides. Removed spot welds from above, cleaned x-brace and blew out accumulated mock, and fashioned new piece with correct flanges and space to replace seam seal. Welded from inside box. Looks factory.
