Did you know that ford made two firewall brackets, one for power steering and one for standard. They are stamped on the backside. just putting this info out there.

My 65 f100 is in need of new front brake drums. I have tried all the local parts houses like NAPA,O'REILLES,Advamce Auto and AutoZone with no luck as far as them fiting right. Have any of you ordered drums from Dennis-Carpenter or LMC and had them fit properly. Thanks James

It might be the two 12 volt sourse's are revirsed. One is a constant 12 volt the other is a switched 12 volt. The constant 12 volt goes to the park switch. Hope this helps.

Rich, make sure your king pins are well greased. Take all the weight off the front wheels and see if you can move them back&fourth. My 65 wandered after it was stored for two years. Hope this helps james
