The tube in the crossover was just a loop of tube. About 3" long. If all else fails, copper tube wrapped around the exhaust will work. Be sure to restrict the flow (vaccume leak). As for the washer, I believe it is correct in the back of the housing, it's a heat sink, to prevent the quick cooli...

How about a simpler question. Do you have power to the coil with the ignition switch turned on? Or just in the start position? You only have two things to chase at this point, Spark and fuel.
