Re: Project: bagged, bodied, 66
What happened to the pics, I'm interested to see how the s10 clip looks with the fenders on. I picked up a second gen camaro clip for mine but will have to get several parts for it. I can get a compl te s10 clip for 100 so just checking all options before I dive in

Re: Project: bagged, bodied, 66
Build is sick, glad to see someone else going with the 5.3. Watching this one closely, hopefully I can start tearing into mine shortly. Definitely getting motivated with all the bagged builds going on, just have too many projects lol.

Re: flareing brake lines
X2 on the eastwood unit, we just did my dads 33 coupe and it was a breeze. I used all the pre flared stuff from the auto parts store on my model a sedan and made it work but will be redoing mine with the new tool.

Re: Project bagged shop truck uni
Well haven't had anything to post lately, mainly have been pb blasting all the bolts on the truck for tear down. The subframe my buddy had was a bust, it looked like it had been wrecked pretty good at one time. So I have been trying to track one down and finally picked it up tonight. It has the cont...

Truck looks great, I love that raptor liner. I've used the tintable and black on jeeps and four wheelers, great stuff.

Re: Project bagged shop truck uni
Ok, I haven't forgot about the truck. Still working bugs out on the sedan. In the mean time I had to go to the dmv and get the title since they lost the original, got that done and just got back the new one signed over to me. Even though I had the truck I didn't want to start any major work until it...

Re: Project bagged shop truck uni
Thanks for the comments, the lawn mower gas tank is a great idea. As for the crown Vic swap, if I go that route it would be a full frame swap. I can't make my mind up, I have the camaro clip waiting to be picked up but also came across the crown Vic. When I get to that point I will decide. I have be...

Re: Project bagged shop truck uni
Ok folks, I have been working on getting the engine fired up this week. Tonight was the night, got it running. I plan on making a little fuel tank to keep it running longer. Also might have another option for the truck. Just found out today that a crown vic on my work lot has been abandoned. It has ...

Re: Project bagged shop truck uni
The truck made it home from the long journey of next door lol. Although it was not without incident. My uncle lives across the street from me and I had him hook it up to his truck to tow it over. Told him the f100 didn't have brakes and when he pulled down the driveway he stopped in the street and y...

Re: Project bagged shop truck uni
Thanks for the help. I think I'm leaning towards the camaro clip now, just because I can get my hands on one for free. A buddy just informed me he has one in the garage.

Re: Project bagged shop truck uni
Ok before I post the pics I need to make some progress toward the uni. I have read about all the clips and frame swaps out there. What would you guys suggest as the best option for a bagged truck. I can graft a clip or do the crown vic frame swap. Just not sure which way is best because so many diff...

Thanks foodstick, hoping it will not take much to get it going. Planning on running new brake lines and master cylinder as well as fuel. I want to make sure the essentials are working good.

Project bagged shop truck uni
Ok guys, I am real excited today. My neighbor has had this big back window unibody for years and it basically sits half in there yard and half in mine. About two years ago I tried to buy it but they couldn't find the title. In the mean time I bought a model a sedan and would periodically check on th...
