Sounds like a vacuum leak.

Try replacing the base gaskets. That usually where I find the leak. Back side base gasket.

You would need to know what size your current jet size is.
Then figure out how much bigger or smaller you need.

Does the transmisson slip? If not then the bands are fine.

Floor mounted dimmer switch or high beam switch power runs through it to the headlights
