I have been looking into a 4 speed with overdrive to replace my original 3.03 3 speed. Like a T170FS SROD. Like Bruce said, they are a direct replacement with very little modification. Does anyone else have experience and or pictures of this upgrade behind an FE?

AGREED! I upgraded my front drums to disks on my twin I beam 66. The disk brake spindles were from a 72 F100. Would have been great to install drop spindles during the upgrade! Spindles would definitely be cheaper than the drop I beams on my truck.

I have oil puddling on the intake of my FE. Passenger side, next to the carburetor. Any ideas why and where it comes from? I remember reading about this in a post a while ago but, I can't remember the cause or recommended repair.
