Re: New 63 owner

Thanks Jeff, they are wide. Its coming along real nice. I wouldn't put to much work on alignment of the fenders till you get the doors on, cause everything works off of them.

Re: My 63 Unibody

"nothing like a straight axle, leaf front end." I agree. I've had my 63 for 25 years and I rebuilt the front end much like your doing 22 years ago when I did a frame off rebuild, and like you said, "Words like, unbelievable, incredible, remarkable come close but cannot accurately des...

Re: Horn

Do not have any pictures of an original horn, but if I remember right its a single horn mounted on the radiator core ,passenger side, right near the horn relay and voltage reg. Hope this helps, I'm sure someone will know for sure.

Re: Slicks with door art

Thanks for the links, been looking at those for months!! I really like the simple design of the logo on that one, and thats the direction I'm headed, plain and to the point. Just have to decide what font I want to use.

Re: 1967 Manual Drum Distribution/Switch Block

Without seeing what you need its going to be difficult to recommend . Is the M/C dual outlets? If so why not just run an adjustable p-valve? Is the block you are looking for a p-valve or just a straight thru distribution block? Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Re: My 63 Unibody

Lines look good. I had mine like that, but the vibes kept cracking the radiator connection, I wound up putting in short lengths of trans hose.
Look forward to the pics.

Re: 62/63 Passenger side door emblem

My 63 CC had one on the passenger side and also had one on the drivers side, I was told that they did not come on the drivers side, that someone had put it there, but after a closer look the holes look to be stamped and not drill. Neither are in the truck now. Lost to time somewhere....
