I know this is an ambulance conversion, but would be coll to play with. Z I Like too. Not only is it like a uni-ambulance it looks like a uni-fridge box-ambulance. The lower rear quarters look like a fridge not a uni.....cool is right. Slick Fan, that ambulance is what you need for your '78 bronco ...

Well, it was gonna be a fall color scheme, but that sucked big logs so I kinda thought these look like light grabber blue, ford blue, turquoise and a couple of other truck colors. it can (and probably will be) changed later on if we get tired of them.

BTW, just say no to acid...

another thought, do you have the spreader bar installed between the shoes near the top? At this point, I think I would remove the prop valve (or turn it all the way to the least resistance) to see if it gets better. If it does, time to get a different valve. usually if it clicks, it means bad ground. That is either a corroded cable or contact point. On nick's 64 that did that, we found that the smaller wires on the solenoid had been reversed, and it didn't work correctly. after reversing them, it worked just fine.
