Yes, the malls are a nice diversion. Fun to just walk around and people watch. Even better with movie theaters or video games for the kids. I would be interested in a small nature center or museum that you could check out for a few hours.

When I reserved, they took my card info but said it would not be charged until we set foot in the hotel. As for the cancellation policy, we're not even contemplating it so maybe someone else knows?

The kids and I will be attending along with PFM. We may fly up Friday evening and drive back in the crew cab, I think school starts that week We don't have a school calendar for next year yet. But we plan to be there one way or another!

We're on a roadtrip to WV to see my grandparents. Just trekking thru Birmingham, AL and already met 101 degrees today. Thought about travelling later thru night since it "might" be a few degrees cooler. The highs for WV showed in the 80's when I checked last. It'll be welcome after this!
