I replaced the entire system on my 66. The orginial DOT3 system worked fine for 47 years, Im guessing the current DOT3 system will work fine for the next 47 years, long after I have checked out. X2 did the same on my 65. I just adjust the breaks at every oil change. I think it would stop on a dime....

Hi April Im an oral cancer survivor comming up on year 4. You hang tuff and before you know it you will be typing the same thing. Seems like it was a long time ago. Its good to hear your interest in the slick is still there hope you get around to working on it again soon.

Ive been busy when I can putting the truck back together after full prime job. My wife is getting involved to and she made a new carpet to install in the truck. I looked in my Macs catalog they have them for the heater switch. Its the same one for the headlight switch is it not. Its been a while since I installed them in my 65.

It is a regular beot00tch to form that filler into a new panel with not much there to support it i have some thick steel mesh screen with square holes that may be easier to form the curves with and i can probably weld it into the existing good sheet metal to give a base for the filler Ice thats a g...
