Amazing build! Do you live in the Phoenix area? I live in Surprise. Would love to see the truck in person and talk shop. Let me know if you're going to a cruise night or other way we could get together.

Re: 1965 F-100 460 BBF build
found some F-100 fender emblems along with a pair of Camaro side mirrors. Hey, they were free. I need to finish the paint and body on my wifes 62" Unibody before I can start on mine. At least we can enjoy riding in this one until her's is done. Thinking about Ford Azure Blue for this truck. I ...

Re: 66 F250 project
Corey, did you find out pricing info for cylinder head work? I'd like to know the going rate too. Do you plan to get hardened valve seats? Is there any special machining needed for a hotter than stock cam? I'm considering a 265 Dual Energy from Comp Cams. They say it works with stock exhaust, but I ...

Intake manifold ID, 2nd try -- smaller pics
Was cleaning out my dad's garage and came upon this intake. Can anyone help identify it? First thought was sb ford but the intake ports are round -- don't know of any sb ford heads with round intake ports.

Re: Rust under cab
David: The Cab Support, and the Cab Corner "Outer" panel are available as Repops (reproductions), AFAIK, the cab corner "Drop Down" is not reproduced, so some fabrication (or a donor piece) is necessary. For new parts, used parts, and donor sections, call Tom @ Flashback F100's ...

Re: Windsor vs. FE
I've been thinking about this question every time I see the thread title. 352 FE 2v carburetor Horsepower Gross: 208 @ 4400 Horsepower Net: 172 @ 4000 Torque Gross: 315 @ 2000 Torque Net: 295 @ 2000 Compression: 8.9:1 Gross is supposedly without any accessories and net was with accessories. Windsor vs. FE
My 65 F100 with 352 and 3 speed manual will need an engine overhaul. I'd really like to have a 5 speed manual for street and highway use, probably a T-5 since I won't need a granny first gear. So, I'm debating about whether to rebuild the 352 FE or go with a 302 or 351W. Upsides I see to the 352 are...

Lean
My '65 F100 swb is leaning noticeably to one side when measuring from the back. The right side is about 1/2" low compared to the left. I'd like for it to be level. Can this be fixed with shims under the leaf springs?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Rust under cab
I recently brought home a '65 F100 swb project truck. It's an Arizona truck and is pretty rust-free except for two spots under the cab. One is a lateral cab support under the driver. Another is a part of the cab that hangs down under the driver just forward of the bed (I'd really like to know its na...

Hello All, I'm certainly glad to have found this site. I can tell already it's going to be a great resource. Last month I brought home a '65 F100 swb that has not run in 30 years. The upsides are it is a straight, original, mostly rust-free Arizona truck. The downsides are a little rust under the ca...

Re: t5 speedometer cable
I'd like to do a T-5 swap myself some day, probably behind a Windsor engine. I believe I read that the crossmember needs to be moved for the T-5. Does the swap require using the stock output shaft, and shortening the driveshaft? Thanks much.
