You need to find the oldest parts store that has a machine shop or an old machine shop with the right machines to do the job. We used to have a parts store that did brake work. But they closed up when the owner died.

Didn't Ford use that size on the back of the 73/79 F350 Super Camper Special. I had a 79 F350 SCS with wider rear wheels. Not sure what size they were.
