I think it could be made to fit. cap vent hole, modify mount at dash end, hole in floor and side of body mount for cable. Replacement body mounts have this hole. I thought about this for my extended cab but did not do.

To properly align door, first remove striker,with bolts loose close door align with hole tighten hinges.
