Regarding the studs, you'll have to read up on that. I believe there are some heads where you have to do that. My engine is a 1969, and the studs were the right size. Interesting. Seems a lot like POR-15. Odd how their FAQ section says it dries faster with higher humidity. Also see where silver is for outdoor use, and black for indoor, where black will turn chalky and gray if used outdoors. I suppose for a frame where it's primarily covered, black would work.
