Although that type of pinstriping has never been my thing, I can certainly appreciate the talents of a guy who can lay 'em on. 8) Those looks very nicely done & the guy is obviously as master. :thumright:

Looks like a good fix. Your seat looks like a newer version of the '93 flavor in my F250. I had to take mine apart to fix the release handle & discovered that the foam is kinda worn out. I'd like to find new foam, but the dealers say they're all discontinued. http://onfinite.com/libraries/141698...

That thing hanging off the tail shaft is used in cars, to reduce harmonic vibrations in quiet cars...LTD's, Lincolns, etc. I assume that trans was originally from a car & whoever did the swap, left it there. I doubt you'd notice much difference in your truck, if you removed it. The rear coil spr...

Tank is right, that thing is cool! 8) Although it sure is beat up, so I agree that it probably won't bid very high.

With a little spit-shine, elbow grease & a whole LOT of money, it could look like this in it's next life. :woohoo:

:iagree: The only thing "limited" about that truck is the amount of inches it's moved in the last 5 years.

It definitely has potential though, hope it works out well for ya. :D

Nice bunch-o-Slicks! Too bad you're not closer to me, I'd offer to take the bed from the green truck off your hands. I could use some straight bed sides. Where does that extra hose coming off the upper radiator hose go? Man, that shorty looks great! The antenna placement is a little odd & the in...

Been thinking about the 56 F800. I would like to build a big Flareside box for it. If the portions look right make it 12' long with taller sides on it. Yeah, that would be cool. http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p308/yeeshamundo/Car%20Show%20Pics/HPIM1495.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p30...

That does look pretty stout. I have two like that OTC version & with a complete engine on it, it can get a little wobbly. I'm always very cautious when rotating the block around. One of these days, I'm gonna build stout one & have some sort of hub with wheel bearings, so it will spin like no...

Holy crap!
In those side shots of the bridge, you can see at leat 6" of deflection as the weight rolls by...man, that's crazy! It's amazing that the cement on the bridge has that much flexibility.
I wonder if train bridges deflect like that as loaded trains roll on by?

I understand 'tuned' as headers with equal length runners. That way, each cylinder theoretically has the same amount of exhaust flow & scavenging characteristics. That equals more power...but it takes more effort to make, so the cost is usually more. Non-tuned headers are just headers that get t...
