Thinking outside the box, how about an aluminum headliner?

Let me clarify. I probably should have not called it buckling. What is actually happening along the front is simply the aluminum sagging slightly between the clips that retain it to the cab roof. I re used the five factory clips that retained the old cardboard headliner there. More clips would have eliminated the sags. Once the sunvisors are re installed, I don't think it will be noticable. I have the headliner coated and reinstalled, and drove the truck today with no noise or rattles. I have decided to coat the sunvisors with the bedliner before putting them back in. I plan to do that this weekend, and will post pics of the finished job.
