Well, I due to Skip's "yearly rant" and my new doctor, I had my first every colonoscopy today at the ripe old age of 71. Lucky for me, everything checked out OK and not even any polyps. The "prep" wasn't as bad as I had expected and I slept through the actual procedure so that was good. Thanks Skip for the reminder and the encouragement.
