Nathan, the Seat is out of a 96 Silverado.. the cup holder on the other hand is from an Escort. 
had to modify the seat brackets but it worked out nicely.. She has been a long time in the making...

Well your seat is very cool. I've been keeping an eye out for a 90's f150 bench but they just don't show up in my wrecking yards.
We have 70s f150 out the wazzu though.. my bench seat is out of a 68.. its in decent shape and I just covered it with a saddle blanket seat cover.. but I'm always looking for something better.
