Rear shocks

Post by Danimal »

Howdy. Been a while, I moved to another city.
I'm replacing my rear shocks, and cannot fit a wrench or socket around the area of the top bolt. It it surrounded by the shock mount.
Is there a special tool or trick?

Thanks for the help!
The weathers here, wish you were beautiful.

What year are you working on? The bolts on a 64 are stud type with no need to hold onto the bolt head since the stud doesn't turn. I dont know about other years?
