still haven't gotten the wiring sorted out, but if i just drive in the day and turn on the lights when i brake all should be good. and i am still looking for someone to weld my frame horns back on. lol

Chris, just a suggestion here; but with the distance you are going; you might consider stopping at your local Harbor Freight and purchasing a $15 to $20 dollar set of magnetic towing lamps for the trip. Just tie the brake lamp wires into the brake switch, run the wires under the cab and bed, and use those for dedicated brake lamps.
I'm jacking with mine once again; my repaired switch evidently was short-lived, so now I'm lacking right turn signals. I may install the steering wheel with Velcro, and not do nearly as neat a job of thoroughly taping up and hiding the harness this time!
I'll bring a test light and some 4-conductor wire with me!

thanks and i have no idea how wide they are. i would guess 8"s. they have 265/70-16s on them. i've got some 10's, but i'm not sure if they will fit.
