Cab mounts

Post by Pack Rat »

I need to order some cab mounts. I have the floors,Got a good deal I think on American made shipped to the house for 99.00. I keep looking at cab mounts and they run from 22 to 106 dollars.. Are there than many choices? Or are there just two manufacturers here and off shore. If the the American ones fit better and are heaver gauge steel than that's what I want but being cheap it is hard to pay 4 times the amount. A friend said he used the cheap ones but I did not see them.

USA made or not at all thats my :2cents:

maybe you save a few $ buying cheaper quality but it does not last as long or fit right so you end up having to redo the job and spend more $ to buy the good stuff when you could have got it right the 1st time.

buy your parts from someone who knows the trucks and refuses to sell inferior quality.

X2 on flashback f100's.Got a set from Tom and they were heavy gauge and worked great.I buy NOS or USA made parts as often as possible. You may spend a little more but the payoff is having parts that are the right fit and function without having to modify them to work.
