Anybody seen rear fender flares like these?

The rear rims look wider than the front rims. Possibly widend the wheel tub area to accept the wider rims and tires. Otherwise looks like a restored pickup. It's different looking.

I can't really tell with all the shadows, buy judging by the wheels, I think its a dually.
SBC is a defunct phone company, not an engine option.
