Does anyone know if Econolines and Ford F100s shared the same 9" rear end?

If you found a parts Econoline, consider getting the gas tank. It has the same dimensions as the Mustang tank some of us use. The van tank has the filler neck on the side instead of middle like the Mustang.
If you continue to buy imports, where will your children work?
