Mr. Mustang offers new but quite accurate reproductions of the original wiring circuits, at a reasonable price. All "harnesses" use the original wire colours so the re-published original wiring diagrams can be used. I've installed a couple of the harnesses in the rear, and feeding the rear, and all fit perfectly.
That's my experience, so far. Jeff

If you don't need the extra circuits, why not an original? I have a good '64 harness that I switch the could of lead that went through the firewall that I ran on my 65 for a long time. I finally ran across the correct harness and replaced the 64. Some of these can get really chopped up over time, but they are so simple otherwise. Let me know what you need and I can dig through my crate of old harnesses.

Used one of these on my '57 that had minimal circuits:

New original style are available but pricey, under dash is around 400$, but the other wire loom prices are as high, which I believe is unreasonable form what used to be Obsolete Ford in Oklahoma City. If your building a show truck or wanting it as original as possible this is the way I would go, unless you can find very good originals.
