ANY Of the 73/79 trucks f-100/150/250 will work that had sway bars,, 73/74's need to use radius arms as well,, 75 and up just the bracket of the radius arm

I've got a straight axle truck. Can a sway bar be mounted and if so where would I get one

Hope someone helped answer your question,since the subject is sway bars I would like to know what is this "SWAY"and what does this bar business do to it.
