I've seen that truck somewhere before. The wood bed is kind of hokey considering they never offered it in a styleside but other than that it does not look to bad. Wonder if it will sell? And if so how much all think?

The price will be determined by how many people with too much money are bidding. When I see a wood bed in a styleside, I automatically assume the bed floor is trashed. Either rusty or really bent up. I would not be surprised to see this go for somewhere in the $7-10K range. Its a $5K or less truck on craigslist, though it would start at $7K.

I agree, the bed wood is a dead giveaway that the truck had or has rust issues. Not a high dollar truck to me although nice looking. I would certainly be looking under that truck if I were interested.

i think it s a nice looking truck, and if you are wanting a close to original truck it would be a good option.. the wood bed is not original but i think it looks nice. yeah he may have had some rust but hey the truck is 50 years old.. if you let one sit in a garage for 50 years you'd still have some kind of problems with it.. i believe people are focused on the negative nowadays and don't just sit back and enjoy some of the good things..just be happy people are saving this old iron, it may not be fixed up to your liking but hey it ain't yours.. not trying to stir anything up! lol just my thought for the day..
Why fart and waste it when you can burp and taste it!

Im guessing the guy is looking for something in the 15k range.

I bet he has tried to sell locally and cant get his asking price so he is going to try the auctions.
