Just wondering, my son sent a picture . He sees it occasionally near Silverthorne Co.

Custom Cab script and side trim, but no chrome trim on the windshield? I know the CC package had a lot of variation on what was included so that may not be that odd after all.

Good looking truck at any rate. Cool colour.

Those are factory wheels, you can see the 3 places for center cap screws. They may have been one year only 78 I think. Were on the trucks that were silver with wild decals (orange,black, red) that covered most of the side.

Yes, those are factory and when the caps are on look to shallow. I've seen some that had aftermarket three bar spinners installed with a chrome cap over the lugs. Good treatment for the wheels and look a lot better than original caps on the wheels.

S/S Trim around windshield means nothing these days since either glass shops charge a lot more to put the stainless in or these so called glass experts do not know how to install the glass with stainless in it :dontknow:

A high school buddy had one of those Pace Car trucks. It had the wild decals that were reflective in the dark. 302 2bbl with auto swb with roll bar. Had alot of fun in that truck.

Those late 70's trucks with graffics were the free wheelin edition trucks they have cool silver and black interiors with red pinstripes always thought they looked sharp.
