radiator question

I have a 65 4x4 and need a radiator but Im finding out its a 1 year only radiator and was wondering what is so different that a later one wont work?

65 4x4 is the early style cab and inner fenders, not sure what difference there might be in the core support but the 65-66 2wds are different from each other so...

i have a 66 f250 4x4 i have a 64 factory original radiator.

main thing is which engine you have,6 or 352 and what side the flanges of the radiator are on then you can easily find one
