C6TE-C Exhaust Manifold Collector & Doughnut

Post by chris401 »

Welding and redrilling manifold outlet and building exhaust from scratch, need part numbers or sources for flange, studs and doughnut gasket or correct dementions. Would I just need to ask for a 66 F600 to get factory parts?
Thanks

Will anyone with a good manifold give me correct center to center stud measurements on exhaust outlet?

It would be on a 391, Industrial 428 etc. The same manifold for right or left. Here is a picture of a reproduction.

Not the best picture. Looks like 2 & 15/16". Be able to get more accurate tomorrow if you need.

Yes, I would appreciate that. Are yours 3/8 studs? Each manifold has been welded, tapped, redrilled and drilled crooked again.

Best I can measure center to center 2.96".

Stud measuring 0.433" on the threads, 0.44" on the smooth.

Hope that helps. Show us some pictures.

Thanks mrgoob. I'll post before and after pictures once I repair them. Here is a manifold reproduction source I found.
