after market headliner

Post by rusty62 »

I am looking for a pvc or fiberglass headliner, preferably 1 piece rather than the 3 piece option. Rod doors used to make one butI'm having a hard time finding anything. I have a 62 stepside

Is there a one piece option???

FYI, I was able to get a headliner from Blaine at RodDoors a few years back even after they had closed their doors. I'll send you a PM with his email address in case he's still making parts out of his basement or whatever.

Cheers,
Dion

Not available yet for the front leaf spring trucks, but I would expect them shortly. I'll ask Irl to post an update here. Quality and fit is great. The overhead area is not at all intrusive. Irl attends several shows and swap meets, so shipping is sometimes not a concern.

Just delivered Saturday. I also got the matching sunvisors. Haven't installed yet as I have some metal work to do on roof first, some small dents, bit of oil canning where I mig'd some cab light screw holes shut. But I was really impressed with quality. They left all the ends loose so you can fold the edges over to fit your truck. I got the white corinthian grain vinyl, matches real nice with the wimbledon white the truck will be painted. They even included some self stick velcro for the center beam in the roof to help it stay in place. I may actually go get more seems llike a great idea.
