Brian,
Thanks for the quick response,I was actually at the junkyard debating to pull or not pull'em.Ended up getting a set of rust free 64style inter- fenders instead.
Thanks again.. See you in Salina

Dan, they will bolt up but they have an extra hole in the middle for a heat source to carb. I think I read somewhere that there is a clearance issue on something, maybe the steering box. Tom

Tom,
I mocked them up on passenger side but not the driver. Thanks for the tip. I have a 2wd 65 F250. Moving the perch to the I6 location and extinding the engine mounts forward on a plate they will clear the pipe. As far as the extra hole that wont seal I am putting a 3/16 plate between head and manifold. I will mock it up on the driver side before going any further. I am keeping manual steering so maybe the manifold won't hit box.

It is close on the passenger side crossmember, about 1/4" over it. Being a 2" pipe I think the exhaust man can clear the member with the 5" he had to play with. If not I'll make a 45° adapter between pipe and manifold out of some thick 2 1/4" pipe. I had thought of welding up the hole but if it cracks or won't work I'll have a chunk like Rusty Old F250 in the article.
