Went to an auction here in town today. Everything I watched was a no sale. The red 61 went to 2100 and no saled. The 64 which had a Chitty engine in it went up to 9500 I believe and no saled. It was listed as a 65 but had a 64 grill and upper valance in it. The bed was 65 or 66 as the ribs on the wheel wells were not correct for a 64. His reserve was 12,500. It ran and sounded good but he ruined the truck with the Chitty engine. IMO. There was a 65 Ranger that was in real good unrestored condition red out red in with the white under the chrome trim inside on the dash. Had the right side tool box. Was a 3 on the tree with O/D and the 352. Outside had been repainted, inside the box was dented but not bad definitely better than what I started with on mine. It went to 5,500 and no saled.

Geez. That's a lot of money for those, and for them to not sell!
