GOOD SWAP IN SEAT FOR 64 FORD F100 WITH FLOOR SHIFT?

Post by 61sleepercab »

Bought a seatless 1964 F100 with 4 speed floor shift. I have some Ford 1985 van bucket seats with factory bases. QUESTION: WHAT DONOR SEATS GO WELL INTO THE CAB? I do not have even a seat frame to go off of as 60's Fords rare around here. Any suggestions appreciated . Thanks.Mark

Late 80's thru early 90's ford PU bench seats with and without arm rest/cup holders are a popular choice.
But they mount with the 60's tracks.

So that leaves you looking for the stock tracks at a minimum.
Post up a wanted add here in the parts wanted section of this board.
They are not so big they can be shipped once removed from a seat.

PS, you might give a general location.
And get a response for a member with a parts truck closer to you.

Thanks for the info. I heard of a parts truck dirt cheap and may drag it in for parts. My friend has the truck on his farm 50 mile away so I am doing research so far. Got a MB diesel powered F100.
