Chrome dash plugs?

Post by leftfootbraker »

I have a couple of holes in my '63 lower dash where switches and bezels used to be.
I've seen many photos of trucks with chrome plugs in these holes.

I assume they are an original Ford part but I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Can you recommend a source for these?

Thanks, Steve

Can get em at Lowes or Home Depot. There in hardware in the big drawers.

^^^^^ Do they have the attachment prong in the middle? I have the custom cab lower trim piece below the dash which came with one plug and I need one more, but everything I've found only has the prongs around the edges like this and the slick needs it in the middle.

I believe I may have some of those, but most likely have some chrome dimpling from rust under the chrome in spots. Most I've found here in the rust belt are like that.

You have some of the slick type ones?

Did you want to get rid of 1 or 2?
