How do i remove the cab mounts from the frame?

I have brain farted this and now that the cab is out of the way, I am staring at the mounts and completely forgot how they get removed...

Are they threaded together, press fit, force fit, hammer fit???

I just answered my stupid question.

I found the old radiator clip mounts in the pile of old parts.

AHA!!! They were pressed together.

Now...

1.Take one cab mounting bolt.
2.Thread into cab mount from above.
3.Wack with hammer.
4.Catch parts as they fall out of mounting holes on frame.

Success!
