explorer disk brakes

hello all looking for help..soo 1966 f100 ford 9'' this is what i did in a list

had axles turned down to 5x4.5'' lug
new bearings with collar used the currie spacer in between the bracket and retainer plate
gold currie retainer plate..


so heres the problem the rotor hits the bracket won't even got on all the way? did i do it wrong?
i did not use the e brake setup..any help is appreciated thank you all for your time..

Which kit are you using?

Take note in the above article, that only one type of housing ends will work, looks like the appropriate ends have a shallow bearing / backing plate area.

There is a thread here in "hints and tricks" that may help...
I believe they shimmed the bearing/Axel outward

no kit just explorer brackets..currie spacer..explorer calipers..could not find anything it tips and hints..thanks
