Any one else get sick?

Post by Garbz »

Guys & Gals i have been sick as a dog since i flew back on sunday. Head and chest cold.

I even took a sick day on Tuesday, the first one of those in about ten years.

I'm fine - didn't catch anything in KC. Still going through withdrawls though.

Got Sick?

Post by Truckrat »

 Yeah, I got the start of a head and chest cold when I got back, but went by to see my doc on Monday and got something for it. Two days later it was gone. Dave got to breathing that damp night air while we did our parking lot late night socializing at the hotel and after getting used to dry air out west, that damp humid air just invaded him. But it is like that sometimes when you have been laughing so hard your sides ache. Anyone get sore from laughing at all those funny stories. I did. TR

Dave,

Give me a call or PM me when you feel up to it and when you want to pick up the stuff you got. Keep in mind that I am on call for work throughout the week and can only guarantee that I can be here on the weekends. No hurry as their not hurting anything by laying around, just to let you know that I am back here.

So when you were whining about being cold you should have just pulled the parka out and put it on, instead of that spring jacket you were wearing.
I know some people actually get colds or phenomena from flying, last time I flew I ended up with a real bad cold, co-worker flying from Phoenix actually came down with phenomena the following week.
Take care and get better.
